Grade Check

As an elite club, we hold our players to elite standards — so every player in our program is expected to represent our club with integrity and accountability at all times — in the classroom, in competition, and within the community.
To reinforce our commitment to total development, we will conduct monthly grade checks throughout the school year. Academic performance is a non-negotiable standard, reflecting the same focus, work ethic, and discipline required to compete at a high level.

These grade checks are not simply about monitoring performance — they are designed to teach time management, responsibility, and the discipline required to consistently improve. We expect our athletes to pursue success in the classroom with the same focus and determination they bring to training and competition.

We are building more than volleyball players — we are building strong, capable, and accountable young adults prepared for success beyond the game.

In the event that our athletes may be falling behind, we will hold Study Hall and/or tutoring sessions to help get them back on track. This will take away from their practice time and affect their play time. So it is their responsibility to stay on top of their academics to avoid losing their spot.
